The Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with LoreLab for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@lorelab.co with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include the email address you used to purchase the course so we can locate your order.
3. We will confirm your refund and begin processing it.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe). Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be honored. After the 30-day window, all sales are final.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund if there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, downloading all course materials and then requesting a refund, or requesting multiple refunds across different accounts.
